Returning Customers
If your pet has previously stayed with us, please complete this simple form
Please remember to email us current vaccination papers.

New Customers
Please Inspect our facilities before making any booking.
Inspections are daily between 4-5pm (excluding public holidays)
No appointment required for inspections, you are welcome to come any day.
Once you have inspected please complete our New Client Details form.
Please email a valid vaccination certificate to bendigopetretreat@gmail.com once the form has been completed.
Bookings cannot be processed until you email current vaccinations.
If you do not email vaccinations we are not able to process the booking.
Please note we are unable to offer last minute places to new Customers. Please allow 3 business days to process your booking request.
Bookings are NOT processed on weekend
Bookings are not confirmed until we have emailed you a booking confirmation and deposit is received.
If you are an existing and wish to book in your pet please complete this form
If you are a new customer please complete this form once you have inspected our facility.
Please ensure you email current vaccination papers to bendigopetretreat@gmail.com.
We are unable to process any bookings for new customers until we see valid vaccinations.
You will be sent an email shortly with further instructions. Please prepare a digital copy of your pet’s vaccination certificate to send to us via return email.
