We do require bookings for all boarders. You can make bookings over the phone (03) 5443 4560 or by sending us the following information via email to bendpet@tpg.com.au

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process on line bookings! If your booking is for less that 5 working days please phone the office.

Please note: You are charged for days booked not days used.
So make sure you book carefully.


  

Christmas & School Holiday Bookings


Due to excessive demand we have a minimum of a 4 day charge for any booking made between the 20th December and the 5th January.

This means that if you want to board your pet for less than 4 days during this time you will be charged for 4 days.

Please note Pensioner and additional discounts are not applicable during this time.

Due to demand, we do have additional conditions for boarding over Christmas/New Year, these will be emailed to you once we have received your booking.

Any booking made for any school holiday requires a 20% or minimum of 1 day boarding, non refundable deposit within one week of making the booking.

Deposits can be paid in the office, over the phone or via direct bank deposit.

To avoid disappointment, please make your Christmas booking early. We are fully booked generally by the end of November.

There is a minimum of a 2 day charge for all School Holiday periods (apart from Christmas).

Please note you are charged for days booked not days used. So make sure you book carefully.

Payment

All accounts must be paid in full before you check your pet out of our facilities.
We have the right to refuse to check out your pet until full payment is made.
We have eftpos facilities or accept cash
We do not accept personal cheque.
We can provide bank account details if you would like to pay via direct deposit.
Bank cheques and Money orders are accepted.
